Why are there no job listings?
Instead of asking you to compare dozens of listings, our matching assessment recommends the position that fits your skills and availability best. It takes about three minutes.
Do I need previous experience?
Not for every position. Many of our team members started without direct experience. We provide a free introductory course.
Which countries can apply?
Applicants from all countries are welcome. We hire on capability, not location.
How long until I hear back?
Our team reviews every application. Shortlisted applicants hear from us within five business days.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Can I apply more than once?
Yes. If your circumstances change, you can take the assessment again. Please do not submit duplicate applications for the same position.
Pay
How am I paid?
Every position includes a fixed monthly fee in GBP, plus bonuses and commission tied to clear, measurable targets.
When is commission paid?
Your monthly fee and the commission and bonuses earned in a month are paid together, after the month ends, with a statement showing how they were worked out. You can follow your progress in your dashboard at any time.
Is pay the same in every country?
Yes. Pay is transparent and the same for the same role, wherever you live.
Why are some amounts shown in other currencies?
Pay is set and stated in GBP. Amounts in other currencies are estimates at reference exchange rates, for information only — what you receive in your local currency may differ.
Which law applies to my contract, and who pays taxes?
Employment or contractor agreements are concluded individually and are governed by the laws of the country where you live and work, including its tax, social security and labour rules. Unless your agreement says otherwise, you are responsible for your local tax obligations. Nothing on this website is an offer of employment until a written agreement is signed. See our Terms of Use.

Can I work part-time?
Yes. Choose part-time in the assessment and you agree a smaller monthly package with a proportionally smaller fee; the share is shown with the pay. There are no required hours: tasks are offered with a due date, and you decide when to do them and can decline a task.

Yes. There are no required hours. Tasks are offered with a due date and you decide when to do them. Some tasks, such as replying to guests, have a response time, so it helps to know your time zone and availability.
How long is the introductory course?
About two weeks, within your first weeks. It is free, it is not paid time, and it combines guides, practical exercises and regular check-ins with your coordinator.
Equipment
What equipment do I need?
A reliable computer, a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work. A headset is recommended for calls.
Do I need special software?
No. Everything runs in your web browser. You receive access to your dashboard and our guides during onboarding.
Privacy and data
What happens to my data?
We use your data only to assess your application and contact you about it. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
How long do you keep my application?
Applications, including your CV and assessment answers, are deleted automatically 12 months after the application date. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your record with us.
Does a computer decide on my application?
No. The assessment recommends a position and calculates a match score, but this is advisory only. A member of our team reviews every application before any decision is made.
Can I ask you to delete my data?
Yes. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time via our contact page or by writing to careers@bartesa.co.

No. We only use essential cookies and browser storage, and analytics that do not use cookies. See our Cookie Notice.
Referrals
Someone sent me a referral link. Does that change anything?
No. Referred applicants go through exactly the same assessment and review as everyone else.
Can I refer a friend?
Team members can refer candidates through their personal referral link. Read more on our referrals page.
