How referrals work

    Every team recruiter has a personal referral link, available in their dashboard.

    Candidates take the assessment

    Referred candidates complete the same matching assessment and application as everyone else.

    Referrals are attributed

    A referral stays attached to the candidate for 30 days after they first open your link.

    Bonuses are earned

    Bonuses are earned according to the targets and bonus tiers shown in your dashboard.

Fair for everyone

  • Referred candidates are assessed exactly like every other applicant.
  • Referral links contain no personal information about the candidate.
  • Bonus rules, targets and tiers are set by the company and shown transparently in each recruiter's dashboard.
  • Candidates can apply directly without a referral link — it never affects their chances.
